The customer service

What will your tasks be:

  • Customer service: accepting orders, creating invoices, updating customer data, updating product data, ongoing telephone/e-mail service
  • Customer complaint handling: registration in the system
    Creating a good image of the company in relations to clients
  • Care of correct communication and high quality of cooperation with the client
  • Taking care of maintaining proper order and cleanliness in the workplace,


  • Experience in a position related to customer service or sales.
  • Knowledge of office applications (MS Office).
  • Knowledge of customer service applications (CRM, workflow).
  • Good work organization, communication skills, ability to work under stress.
  • Social networking and developed interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to formulate correspondence.
