The customer service

What will your tasks be:

Customer service: accepting orders, creating invoices, updating customer data, updating product data, ongoing telephone/e-mail service
Customer complaint handling: registration in the system
Creating a good image of the company in relations to clients
Care of correct communication and high quality of cooperation with the client
Taking care of maintaining proper order and cleanliness in the workplace,

Requirements

Experience in a position related to customer service or sales.
Knowledge of office applications (MS Office).
Knowledge of customer service applications (CRM, workflow).
Good work organization, communication skills, ability to work under stress.
Social networking and developed interpersonal skills.
The ability to formulate correspondence.

We offer part-time employment. 20 to 38 hours a week.
