The customer service
What will your tasks be:
- Customer service: accepting orders, creating invoices, updating customer data, updating product data, ongoing telephone/e-mail service
- Customer complaint handling: registration in the system
Creating a good image of the company in relations to clients - Care of correct communication and high quality of cooperation with the client
- Taking care of maintaining proper order and cleanliness in the workplace,
Requirements
- Experience in a position related to customer service or sales.
- Knowledge of office applications (MS Office).
- Knowledge of customer service applications (CRM, workflow).
- Good work organization, communication skills, ability to work under stress.
- Social networking and developed interpersonal skills.
- The ability to formulate correspondence.

Working time
We offer part-time employment. 20 to 38 hours a week.
