The S20 Ultra has 108Mpx, 48Mpx, 12Mpx, and 0.3Mpx cameras, while the S21 Ultra has 108Mpx, 10Mpx, 10Mpx, and 12Mpx cameras. The front camera is the same as the previous model – 40Mpx.
